Assistant Vice President- Global Clearance and Collateral Management- Chase Manhattan Bank
Margin and Collateral Manager – Structured deals, developed and maintained client relationships, managed staff and work flow related to the valuing, margining, investing, and investment reporting of over $2 Billion in assets pledged to support various capital market deals and project finance activities.
Assistant Vice President – Capital Markets Middle Office Group- Chase Manhattan Bank
Structured Finance Bond Analyst - Responsible for supporting deal teams and business groups with financial modeling, stress testing and scenario analysis, data management and reporting, as well as working on various Emerging Markets securitization issues and bond issuance.

Constantin holds an MBA in Financial Management from the Lubin School of Business, at Pace University in New York, and an MS in Economics from the School of Commerce at the Academy of Economic Sciences, Bucharest, Romania.
